What we learn running the systems.

We build AI systems for businesses and then operate them. This is where the things we find get written down: what the phone network will and will not tell you, where a practice actually loses money, what breaks in a claims cycle, which vendor terms changed this month. Findings from production, not guides. If a note has no new evidence behind it, it does not get published.

  Nobody can tell you your missed-call rate. Including us.

  Every vendor quoting a recovery percentage is modelling it. The carrier never sent the number they would need.

Notes appear when there is something to report, which is not on a schedule. Every one carries a byline and says plainly which parts are measured and which are modelled.
